~Eva Wei, the Queen-Consort of King Aikka of Nourasia, Princess of Earth and Weilder of Fire (Hey, she is a Fire Boar, but of course you have to be on the OSR Forums to know that...), Queen of Nourasia and the Holy City of Dol.
That's her title at least.
Basically this is older Eva Wei (note the missing red hair dye), in her twenties now and ruling as a Nourasian Queen. This takes place some time after my Nourasian Kingdom fanfic that I will hoepfully load tonight.
And yes, Eva got magic, but I'm not telling you how. That's in the fanfic. The wings are an extension of that.
The blue in her choker is supposed to be some kind of stone overlay.
Oban: Star Racers is (c) of Savin Yeatman-Eiffel, and SAV! The World Productions.
